posted on 2021-07-28
As requested by many users, the old ("original") tab switcher is back and is the default now.
The old tab switcher is here to stay, we don't care that it was removed in Chromium :)
You can choose the tab switcher you prefer in Settings, Tab switcher, it's "Original".
Some bottom toolbar users have access to a semi-transparent toolbar for few days. Let me know how it goes!
In the short-term, the plan is to improve night mode, bottom address bar and add an horizontal tab switcher, so stay tuned.

This release resolves two issues that were reported by the community:
(fix) copy-pasting data into Kiwi Browser was not functioning all the time.
The data in the clipboard was sometimes outdated.
(fix) Google Meet sessions are now joinable again (an error message was displayed due to Google Meet incorrectly detecting Kiwi as if it was a robot).
Thanks a lot to all users who are sharing the browser and showing it to their friends. Your support is very important and it makes a big difference.
version Git200915
posted on 2020-10-01
This version improves stability when interacting with apps using accessibility services (e.g. Bitwarden) and a minor speedup.
From previous updates:
This version also fixes the "Aw! Snap" message in non-incognito and fixes the anti-AMP filter, or hcaptcha that you can find on many Cloudflare websites.
After updating, if you use Substratum or a custom theme you need to refresh the cache (in Substratum).
If you have any issue, try to clear the cache in Kiwi (it really helps!).
Enjoy Kiwi!
